1.Take your pic,crop it to the size you want.

2.Duplicate your base.Set to softlight 50%.

3.Make a levels layer.Settings:RGB:8/0,85/255

                                                       RED:38/1,54/233
                                                                  0/231
                                                       GREEN:15/0,91/255
                                                                       16/255
                                                       BLUE:9/0,87/255
                                                                    32/255

4.Duplicate your base.Drag on top of everything.Set to softlight 91%.

5.Make a colorfill layer.Overlay 20%------>#996633

6.Make a colorbalance layer.Settings:Midtones:-1/-6/-4
                                                                    Shadows:-20/-11/-5
                                                                    Highlights:-6/5/2

7.Make a hue/saturation layer. Master:+14
                                                       Reds:-9
                                                       Yellows:-4
                                                       Cyans:+7

8.Make a brightness/contrast layer.Brightness:-16/Contrast:-7 Set to normal 50%.

You are done with the coloring!

9.If you want take this texture (I think it was made by fantasy781) and crop it to the size of your header.

10.Drag it on top and set to multiply.Erase the parts covering Avril and you are ready!
